Terms and conditions of use

1. Who we are
2. Acceptance and account
2.1. Access and use of the Platform mean acceptance of these terms, the Privacy policy and the conduct rules.
2.2. The Platform is only for people who are 18 or older. By creating an account you state that you are at least 18.
2.3. You have one account, with correct data and a confirmed email address. Keep the password secret. You are responsible for activity in your account.
2.4. You can delete the account at any time from the profile. We can suspend or close an account under section 8.
3. What we offer
Interactive stories (the first chapter, or part of it, free, the rest paid), short films linked to the stories, the “Your stories” section, ratings and rankings, the “Tables” section (interactive sessions with chat and, when switched on, video), riddles with points and credits.
4. Prices and payment
4.1. Prices are shown in RON. The operator is not registered for VAT; prices are final.
4.2. Payment is online through Stripe. The Operator does not see or store card data.
4.3. After payment you receive an email confirmation. The fiscal document is issued as the law requires.
4.4. A table ticket gives access to that session, for its duration.
4.5. A film of your own story is ordered and paid on delivery. It costs 99 lei up to 60 seconds. Beyond that, each extra 8 seconds cost 10 lei, rounded up. The maximum length is 120 seconds, that is 2 minutes. The amount is reserved on the card and charged only after the film is ready. If the film cannot be generated, the reservation is cancelled and nothing is charged. You have one free remake within 48 hours of delivery. After delivery and after the remake, the right of withdrawal is lost, with the agreement ticked at the order.
4.6. Continuing a house story costs 7 lei. The “All the stories” package costs 35 lei and gives access to the house stories published at the time of purchase. Stories published after that are not included. Someone who already has some stories pays the full price, with no difference calculated. The Client premium discount also applies to the package.
4.7. Trailers of the house stories are free. Anyone can watch them, without an account and without payment.
5. Delivery of digital content and the right of withdrawal
5.1. Digital content (access to the text, the “All the stories” package, films of your own story) is delivered immediately after payment is confirmed. For the package, the right of withdrawal is lost in the same way, with the box ticked at payment.
5.2. You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving a reason. For digital content delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal is lost if you expressly asked for delivery to start at once and you agreed that you lose this right once delivery has started. You give that agreement by ticking the box at the payment step.

6. Refunds
We refund a double payment, a technical error that blocked delivery, or an amount charged without delivery. Send the request through the contact form on the site. We reply within 14 days. The refund uses the same means of payment.
7. Intellectual property
7.1. Platform content (stories, images, films, texts, design) is protected by copyright. Rights stay with the Operator or its licensors. Access does not transfer rights. Copying, redistribution and automated extraction (scraping) are forbidden.
7.2. Users’ stories: authors keep the copyright. By sending a story you grant the Platform a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence, without a time limit, to publish, display, reproduce, lightly adapt (proofreading, formatting, translation) and distribute the text on the Platform and its communication channels. You can ask for the story to be withdrawn at any time (section 8.7).
7.3. Content generated with AI from users’ stories (scripts, images, films): the author keeps the rights over the concepts of their story, and the Platform may display the generated materials in the public sections. Ratings and contests do not change this ownership. If a story is marked as promoted, the author may receive the percentage set in administration, calculated from the amount collected for access to the text. Payment to the author is manual, after a written agreement. Rating and contest prizes, when they exist, are credits or a film, not a sum of money.
7.4. You guarantee that the text you send is your original work and that it does not infringe other people’s rights.
8. Conduct, moderation and sanctions
8.1. Forbidden: illegal content; defamation; harassment and insults; hate and discrimination; explicit sexual content; any involvement of minors in a sexual context; other people’s personal data; real threats; spam and unauthorised promotion; infringement of third-party rights; screen recording at Tables; using several accounts to cheat.
8.2. Stories may be tense and full of mystery, like the stories on the platform. Not allowed: violent or gory descriptions, violence presented as something good, instructions for illegal acts, sexual content, hate and discrimination, named real people, other people's personal data and any involvement of minors. In comments and chat, offensive messages, insults, sexual or violent content are not allowed. Every submitted story is checked automatically and then by a person. The automatic check may hold a story until a person reads it, but the final decision is made by a person.
8.3. You accept moderation, both automatic (an AI system) and manual, with the right to contest it. The final decision belongs to a person.
8.4. Sanctions are progressive: hiding the message, a warning, a temporary mute, removal from the table, suspension, closing the account. For serious breaches (illegal content, real threats, involvement of minors) the account immediately goes to the state “Under review” (can read, cannot write) until a person decides.
8.5. We tell you the measure and the reason, by email or in the account.
8.6. You can contest any measure within 14 days, through the contact form on the site. A person reviews the contest, and the reply comes within 14 days.
8.7. You can ask at any time for your own story to be withdrawn. The text leaves the site, and it is removed from backups at their rotation.
9. The role of the AI system
9.1. The Platform uses artificial intelligence to check stories and messages, for the virtual hosts at Tables, and to generate scripts and lines. Hosts are virtual, generated with AI, and marked as such.
9.2. The AI can be wrong or produce inaccurate content. It does not give medical, legal or financial advice and it does not replace a specialist.
9.3. Texts sent for checking are processed by an AI provider (Anthropic), under the Privacy policy.
9.4. Technical limits specific to these technologies can appear.
10. Tables
10.1. At each entry you accept the table rules.
10.2. Recording, screenshots or distribution of other participants’ content is forbidden.
10.3. The video camera, when switched on, requires identity verification through Stripe Identity, an identity document and a selfie. We do not keep the document or the face, only the result and the date. A person’s face is seen only if that person agreed to be seen and everyone else at that table agreed to see faces. Otherwise the profile photo or the avatar is shown. The profile photo is shown only to people at the same table.
10.4. Riddles, points and rankings are recreational. Credits and prizes cannot be converted into money, unless something else is stated expressly. Only accounts with access to the story can vote. Points build levels. At the highest level, from 30 points, the status is Premium client, with a 10% discount on story continuations, on the “All the stories” package and on the film of your own story. The average appears after the minimum number of votes in the settings. Weekly and monthly rankings and contests stay recreational. First place can receive a prize film, within the monthly prize limit. The system proposes the prizes, and the administrator awards them.
10.5. Any participant can report unsuitable behaviour.
10.6. At the tables, talk is only about the published stories.
10.7. Other participants’ messages can be translated automatically with an AI service. The original text stays visible.
11. Security and backups
The Platform uses reasonable technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access and bots. Periodic backups are made for data integrity. Within the limits allowed by law, we are not liable for losses caused by events we cannot reasonably control.
12. Limitation of liability
Within the limits allowed by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect damage resulting from improper use of the Platform or from decisions taken on the basis of the interactive modules. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or gross negligence, for harm to life or bodily integrity, or the rights you have by law as a consumer. For content posted by users, the Operator acts promptly after it becomes aware of it.
13. Reporting illegal content
Anyone can report illegal content through the “Report” button or through the contact form on the site, stating the place (link), the reason and contact details. We review the report promptly and communicate the decision and its reason.
14. Personal data
Your data are processed under the Privacy policy.
15. Changes to the terms
We can change these terms. We notify you by email or in the account, and the version and date appear at the start of the text. Continued use after the notice means acceptance of the new version.
16. Applicable law and disputes
Romanian law applies. Rights you have as a trader or consumer under mandatory rules stay unaffected. We try to solve any problem amicably, through the contact form on the site. Information about ANPC and alternative dispute resolution: https://anpc.ro. The competent courts are those at the Operator’s seat, within the limits of the law.
