Contact is through the contact form on the site.

What data we collect

Email, name or pseudonym, the password only as a hash, the IP address used to limit requests, orders, stories you send, the boxes you tick, and technical logs without the story text.

The profile photo is uploaded by you, checked by a person, and shown only to people at the same table.

Identity verification, only for the camera, is done by Stripe Identity with an identity document and a selfie. We keep only the result, verified or not verified, and the date. We do not keep the document or the face.

Table messages are kept with the table. People at that table and the administrator can see them. Automatic translation, when the switch is on, sends the text to an AI service. The original text stays.

Points and credits are kept on the account. They are recreational and are not money.

Alerts sent by Telegram, when the bot is switched on, contain only a short notice. They do not contain the text of the breach.

Why and the legal basis

The account and the email confirmation are for the contract. Payment and the receipt are the same. Checking a story is based on your agreement to send the text and on the interest in not publishing forbidden content. Limiting login attempts is for the security of the service. Session and CSRF cookies are strictly necessary.

Who receives them

Stripe, for payments and for Stripe Identity. Anthropic, for checking stories and, when switched on, for chat and translation. The email service, when SMTP is on. Cloudflare, as processor for DNS, protection and Turnstile, when a domain sits in front of the service. Hetzner, for hosting. We do not sell data.

How long

The account stays while it is open. When you delete it, the name and email are replaced, sent stories and access rights are deleted, and paid orders remain without contact details, for the payment record. Email tokens are deleted after use or expiry. Table messages stay with the table for moderation. Technical logs follow the system rotation.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of the data. In the account you can download your data and delete the account. You can also use the contact form on the site. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the ANSPDCP.

Outside the European Union

Stripe, Anthropic and Cloudflare may process data outside the European Union. The transfer uses the contractual safeguards of those providers.

Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies: the session and CSRF. We do not use statistics now. Details are in the cookie policy.
